Grave Covers

Grave Covers

A grave cover is a granite slab placed atop the grave plot that lays flat across ground and is often the same size as the coffin, if not larger. Families opt for grave markers for a variety of religious and cultural reasons, but regardless, a grave cover is meant to be enduring, visually impactful, and complement the design of the headstone or memorial marker. Typically the grave cover is constructed separately from the headstone. The granite grave cover can be personalized with different stone polishes and can be very simple or etched with artwork or text and can even be adorned with porcelain photos, bronze markers, or vases.
